Our April Reiki Circle is a free, community-based healing gathering centered on the power of vibration and alignment. This session explores how the energy we hold and emit influences our ability to align our intentions with our physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.

Through guided Reiki energy work, we will focus on restoring balance across these areas, helping you become more aware of how your internal state impacts your overall experience of life. This circle offers a space to pause, reset, and gently recalibrate your energy.

In addition to Reiki, this gathering is supported by elements of life coaching, encouraging awareness, intentional thinking, and forward movement. You’ll be guided to reflect on your current state, reconnect with what truly supports you, and begin aligning your energy with the outcomes you desire.

This is a welcoming, judgment-free environment where you can relax, de-stress, and experience both individual and collective healing. Whether you are new to Reiki or familiar with energy work, you are invited to come exactly as you are.
