Declutter & Release: Making Space for What Truly Serves

Declutter & Release: Making Space for What Truly Serves is a guided, experiential workshop designed to help you release physical belongings that no longer support the life you are living now.

This is not a traditional decluttering class focused on rules, perfection, or minimalism. Instead, this workshop invites you to explore why we hold on, what truly serves us, and how to create space—physically and energetically—with compassion and clarity.

Over the course of three hours, you’ll move through reflective exercises, practical frameworks, and real-life scenarios that help you understand your relationship with your belongings, evaluate whether your current systems actually work for your life today, and navigate decluttering when loved ones are involved. You’ll also explore how intention, energy flow, and boundaries support spaces that feel calm rather than overwhelming.

Whether you feel surrounded by clutter or simply sense it’s time to let go of items that no longer fit, this workshop meets you exactly where you are. You’ll leave with a personalized roadmap, clear next steps, and renewed confidence in how you care for your space.

This workshop is offered at a discounted rate of $80.

Sliding scale options are available—please inquire if you’d like to participate, and we’ll figure out what works together.

You’ll leave with:

  • Greater clarity around what to keep, release, or contain

  • A deeper understanding of attachment and sentiment

  • Tools for navigating decluttering with loved ones

  • A realistic, personalized plan you can continue using after the workshop

This experience is gentle, practical, and grounded in real life—designed to support lasting change without pressure or judgment.
